For the second Music Tavolata, the singer-songwriter from Nashville is coming to perform at the sagibeiz. Addison promises authentic country music and brilliant lyrics in his songs. The singer, who grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains – the home of the ‘moonshiners’ – is also bringing along the world’s fastest fiddler (Guinness World Records)! Adam Taubitz not only played first violin at the Berlin Philharmonic, he is also a true all-rounder on various instruments. Together, the pair promise a musical treat in a class of its own!

At the Tavolata at the Sagisteg, you can enjoy delicious grilled dishes accompanied by our creative salads.

What could be better? The evening sun glistens on the water, a gentle breeze blows and then there’s that aroma… that irrestible scent of freshly grilled food. In some cases, musicians will be present at the event and would appreciate a small donation.

Our Tavolatas are a special experience: groups gather around long, lovingly laid tables, share several courses, chat and enjoy each other’s company. It is less a set menu and more a way of eating: uncomplicated, convivial and informal. Surrounded by water, mountains, weeping willows an the gentle lapping of the lake, an atmosphere is created that lingers long afterwards.

Bernhard Licini’s works are characterised by exceptional technical precision and compositional rigour. With their clear, architecturally inspired aesthetic and their powerful colour palette, they open up spaces of tranquillity and concentration for the viewer.
