

Cheese making on the Flumserberg
An alpine cheesemaker from the traditional cheese dairy makes cheese with you in a large copper cauldron. You will be served homemade sennästube tea in the meantime. Afterwards, you will enjoy a 3-course menu prepared by the chef in the sennästube restaurant right next to the cheese dairy. The two wheels of cheese (approx. 12 kg) will be sent to you by post after maturing.
