

Cheese making on the Flumserberg
◔ approx. 6 h An alpine cheesemaker from the Brauchtumskäserei will make cheese with you in a large copper cauldron. Meanwhile you will be served with homemade sennästube tea. Afterwards you will enjoy a 3-course menu from the chef in the restaurant sennästube right next to the cheese dairy. The two loaves of cheese (about 12 kg) will be sent to you by mail after maturing.
